Product Overview

This kit raises the Isuzu D-Max by approximately 40mm, providing better ground clearance and the possibility to fit larger tyres. It suits vehicles regularly used for heavy load carrying and towing, notably improving rear stance and supporting constant heavy rear loads.

The kit includes front coil springs, new rear leaf springs, Pedders Foam Cell shocks assembled into struts, and necessary bushes and U bolts. It is especially suitable for models that tend to "sit low" at the rear during towing or hauling. Regular unladen use is not recommended, as the ride quality will be less comfortable without a minimum recommended 300kg rear load.

Foam Cell Shock Technology

Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use. Their durability makes them well suited for heavy-duty, towing and off-road applications.

Installation & Compatibility

The kit includes fully assembled Ezifit struts with Foam Cell shocks, springs, top mounts, bump stops and boots, enabling quick and easy fitment without the need for spring compressors or reusing old parts. Installation is bolt-on. A professional wheel alignment is strongly recommended after fitting for optimum performance.

This kit is intended for vehicles regularly subjected to heavy loads; operation unladen is not advised due to reduced ride comfort.
