Product Overview

This heavy duty kit raises the Isuzu D-Max by approximately 40mm, improving ground clearance and enhancing vehicle stance. It includes front coil springs, new rear leaf springs, and assembled Foam Cell struts with new top mounts, bump stops, and boots for easy installation. The kit benefits drivers who regularly carry heavy loads or tow, as it reduces rear sag and maintains vehicle height under load.

The kit is not recommended for unladen use as the ride may be compromised without a minimum of 600kg load in the rear. It supports larger tyres and better off-road clearance. Vehicles with additional front equipment like winches or bull bars may require different springs due to altered vehicle height. The kit is also optimised for 2019 and newer D-Max models with softer rear springs.

Foam Cell Shock Technology

Foam Cell shock absorbers use a special foam saturated with oil instead of relying on pressurised gas. This design prevents aeration and cavitation, keeping damping forces stable across the full stroke. With greater oil capacity and improved heat dissipation, they resist fade, control temperature, and deliver reliable performance even under demanding use.
